RS094: Lessons Learned Launching
/

Today we’re lifting the kimono on the Seriously Simple Hosting launch and all of the things that both went well, and that in hindsight Craig would do differently next time.

Launching anything is a dynamic, and fluid experience.  Almost nothing goes as you’d expect in pre-planning, but there are a handful of things you can do to prepare you and your team for the launch scanarios that maybe you don’t plan on.

And after launch how do you start prioritizing support queue with feature development.  This is something that both Dave and Craig are asking themselves more and more now.  Want to keep your existing customers happy, but also want to find new ways to increase your MRR with features and new tools.

So, how do you strike a balance between support management and feature development?  Drop us a line at podcast@roguestartups.com
