This week we are pleased to have Jordan Gal of Carthook on the show.  Jordan sits down with Dave and I to talk about a touchy subject:  Leaving a high income day job.  Or as Dave puts it:  Jumping off the deep end without a life jacket.

This is probably the biggest fear new entrepreneurs have, and a decision that no one takes lightly, regardless of your situation.

We talk about all of the things you might be thinking about right this moment:  when to leave your day job, is a big payout the ultimate goal, what work/life balance means as an entrepreneur, and the real motivations to become a self funded business founder.

You can learn more about Jordan at carthook.com, and reach out to him directly on Twitter @jordangal.

We’d love to hear your stories about if you’ve left your day job and how, if you haven’t what does that roadmap look like.

If you’re enjoying the show leave us a 5-star review in iTunes.  If you’re not enjoying the show don’t leave us a review, but we would like to hear from you.  Hit us up on Twitter @RogueStartups or leave us an email at podcast@roguestartups.com.  We look forward to hearing from you.
